WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY and RATES?

We offer STANDARD (4-6 day) and PRIORITY 2-3 day) to U.S Destinations Only at this time.
Rates are from $6.95 within the Continental U.S. and increase based on package weight. Shipping is calculated at checkout so you can see your options before you are charged. 
ALASKA AND HAWAII ORDERS: There is a $10 upcharge per order and pound.
Charges are all visible during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

All orders are shipped:

UPS GROUND, FED EX GROUND and/or PRIORITY MAIL to U.S Destinations Only at this time

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Some larger accent, furniture and lighting pieces require extra handling but will usually ship within 5-7 days after your order is placed. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to temporary out of stock items or if the item is a special order.

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day. 

Important: 

Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure ship to address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact Bisou immediately. 
Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER INFO:

All FREE SHIPPING offers at Bisou are applicable to most items in your shopping cart when the total reaches the specified promotion total before any applicable taxes. Furniture, mirrors, gift baskets, and any special orders are not eligible.

CAN MY ITEMS BE GIFT WRAPPED?
Certainly!
While most items found at Bisou make great gifts, sometimes the occasion deserves special attention. For a $5.95 charge we will gift box your purchase in our signature packaging. The charge is per box but items may be combined in one box for a single charge. A personalized note may be included with the gift at no additional charge if requested. 

In some cases, due to the size or proportions of an item, we will subsitute wrapping paper for the gift box. 
Any indication of price will be removed on all gift wrap requests!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns may be made for any reason within 10 days for refund or exchange. Please e-mail (concierge @ bisou boutique.com)or call 832-464-GIFT (4438) for a return authorization. 

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Special orders are considered non-refundable. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt. Thank you!

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK? 

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. We will notify you by e-mail of the expected ship date. At that point you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or have us order it for you. A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.
